Robert Dawson
Founder
In 1984 Bob created Dart with just himself and a beeper on his hip. Dart now takes care of 14 families as well as 85 drivers. He passed away in 2005. We miss him terribly but are grateful every day for what he started.
Eric Dawson
Owner and Advisor
Eric has been with Dart in various capacities for over 27 years. After Bob’s passing, he took over all day-to-day operations, including ownership. He remained in this role until 2020 and now acts as an owner/advisor to Dart. Eric enjoys traveling the world, climbing mountains and making new adventures each day.
Cody Kersten
Vice President of Operations
Cody has been with Dart since 2020. He is one of the owners and the VP of Operations. He was born and raised in Euless and now lives in Coppell with his wife and three kids. Cody loves everything sports related, but specifically the Texas Longhorns. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and playing golf.
Mary Kersten
Vice President of Finance
Cody has been with Dart since 2020. He is one of the owners and the VP of Operations. He was born and raised in Euless and now lives in Coppell with his wife and three kids. Chad Roberts
Vice President of Sales

Amy Gonzales
Customer Service Manager
Amy has been with Dart since 2022. She is the manager of the Customer Service Department and oversees many of our accounting functions. She has lived in the HEB area her whole life and enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children. She collects handbags and wallets and loves Highland Cows, dogs, and more than anything Pizza.
Jessica Vise
Customer Service Representative
Jessica has been with Dart since 2018. She started in Customer Service and has transitioned to Billables. She spends most of her time watching her little one grow and learn but also loves to watch a good movie.
Jennifer Hill
Customer Service Representation and Collections
Jennifer has been with Dart since 2021. She does a little of everything including Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and does updates to our operating system. She loves wine and sunshine as well as her husband and three children.
Kayla Manley
Customer Service Representative
Kayla has been with Dart since 2023. She is part of our Customer Service Team. She was born in Bedford, grew up in Keller and now lives in Haltom City with her husband and three children. She loves the Stars, live music events, and everything sparkly.
Cammy Null
Customer Service Representative
Cammy has been with Dart since 2024. She is one of the newest members of our team. She is part of our Customer Service Department. She was born in Bedford and now lives in Haltom City. She loves classic rock, her son and his baseball, and family trips to the beach.

Bryan Hill
Operations Manager
Bryan has been with Dart since 2015. He has been in various roles including dispatcher, driver manager and currently as operations manager. He is from North Richland Hills and enjoys floating in the pool or sitting by a campfire with family and friends. He strives to be the best husband, father, and friend.
Brandal Wade
Dispatch
Brandal has been with Dart since 2021. He is part of our dispatching team with a focus on freight. He is from North Richland Hills, where he currently lives. He’s passionate about living each day to the fullest with his wife, family, and pups.
Jeff Manley
Dispatch
Jeff has been with Dart since 2022. He is part of our dispatch team with a focus on courier. He was raised in North Richland Hills, where he currently lives with his wife and three kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, likely at a sporting event.
Jeremy Julian
Dispatch
Jeremy has been with Dart since 2023. He is part of our dispatch team with a focus on courier. He was raised in North Richland Hills, where he currently resides. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his mom and daughter, and loves the Texas Longhorns.
Daniel Lauer
Dispatch
Daniel has been with Dart since 2025. He is part of our dispatch team with a focus on courier. He is from Cheyenne, Wyoming, and now lives in North Richland Hills. He enjoys spending time with his family and also plays video games in his free time.
Zachery Runckel
Dispatch
Zach has been with Dart since 2025. He is part of our dispatch team with a focus on courier. He is from Euless, where he currently lives. He is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Sales
Laurie Addison
Inside Sales
Laurie has been with Dart since 2020.She started in Customer Service and has transitioned to Inside Sales. She was born in Connecticut but claims El Paso as her hometown. She is happiest when staying busy, whether shopping at HEB, cooking, crafting, or chasing her grandson.
Jacob Stricker
Outside Sales
Jacob has been with Dart since 2025. He is a part of our sales team with an emphasis in new business development. He grew up in Coppell, where he currently lives with his wife. He was in the military before joining Dart and enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and going to church.
Warehouse
Eugene McLamore
Warehouse
Eugene has been with Dart since 2022. He oversees warehouse operations. He was raised in Slidell, Louisiana and currently lives in North Richland Hills with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys bowling, swimming at the lake and video games.
